In addition, the website uses the Hotjar platform and the application uses the Appsee platform, which is an analysis and monitoring platform that allows to collect aggregated information and identifiable information about the use of the website or application, as the case may be (browsing time, which sections the user visited, his login location, as well as recording of the user’s browsing session).
